Mini Banana Muffin Recipe

Mini Banana Muffins

Easy & yummy way to use up those bananas.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup All- Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Large Banans mashed
  • 3/4 cup White Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup Butter or Margerine melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray/ Grease Mini Muffin Pans.
  • In a Medium Bowl, sift together the All-Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt. Set aside.
  • In a Large Bowl, mix together the Bananas, White Sugar, Egg and Melted Butter/Margerine
  • Add the Flour mixture to the Banana mixture and beat until smooth. Spoon into Mini-Muffin Pans (2/3 full).
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Muffins will be slightly golden in color and bounce back when lightly tapped.
    Enjoy!

Notes

You can also make standard sized muffins. Fill your muffin pan 2/3 full and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
