Mini Banana Muffins

Ingredients

All- Purpose Flour

tsp
Baking Soda

Baking Powder
1/2

Salt

Large Banans
mashed
3/4
cup
White Sugar

Egg
1/3
cup
Butter or Margerine
melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray/ Grease Mini Muffin Pans.
In a Medium Bowl, sift together the All-Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt. Set aside.
In a Large Bowl, mix together the Bananas, White Sugar, Egg and Melted Butter/Margerine
Add the Flour mixture to the Banana mixture and beat until smooth. Spoon into Mini-Muffin Pans (2/3 full).
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Muffins will be slightly golden in color and bounce back when lightly tapped.

Notes
You can also make standard sized muffins. Fill your muffin pan 2/3 full and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
