I love a good quote. We recently added a tiny message board to our household, and I love finding a fun, silly, or thoughtful quote to be read on our dining room buffet. It’s extra special when my teen decides to join in on the fun.
We are days away from Mother’s Day and I, like so many other Moms with younger children, will be spending this weekend cheering on my son at a soccer tournament. To some this may seem unfair, a bummer really. My kids are now wrapping up their first year of high school and middle school and I know how fleeting these years can be. My heart can feel it daily right now. Knowing how quickly these moments go by, I am very happy to celebrate the gift of being my kid’s mom by cheering one of them on, very loudly, from the sidelines this Mother’s Day weekend.
